At long last we are able to include weapons in the tourney. It is my feeling that these will be separate to unarmed rounds however, should anyone wish to try unarmed, against any of the weapons used it is fine, with me. Obviously it will require you to wear the appropriate protective equipment. This time around it will be limited to sword and knife but if all goes well pretty much any training weapon will be allowed.
Your thoughts?

Well the weapons rounds were popular at this years summer gathering. Without exception everyone had a go. I really enjoyed th opportunity to go against a mixture of experienced/inexperienced combatants. Next time I want to introduce more weapons e.g. nunchucks, staff, short stick etc. Let's play with this and see what comes out.
