The way of the warrior is death !! Your attitude to training should reflect this. Every movement, technique or form should be procticed as if it were your last. Total concentration, complete focus and empty minded.

Martial arts are for fun, health and relaxation, with some fitness thrown in for good measure. There is no need to practice as if it were life or death in this day and age.

Is that all "Martial Arts" are about? I am sure there are millions who would disagree.
Undoubtedly they were originally arts for defence or war but is that really the same today.
I think they have more to offer individuals, in what is undoubtedly a post faith society, than just combat.
Deluded I maybe but I think you are wrong!!
All the best

I practice martial arts cos I like it. It intrigues me. I dont have any axe to grind in particular I think you put your own view on it and whatever is your bag is what your martial arts is about.
If its all about war and death to you then mate you need some help!!!
